"Worst Service! I have been with them for so many years. Right before xmas my son had car problems, called insurance to get a tow service they said it was going to take about 40 min but that he was not cover so I pay out if pocket for the towing. 3 hours later they cancel and says that he was out of the area but they did not refund my money. My son call me again and told me so I call state farm at this point the lady that answer said she was going to send another towing service. At this point I picked up my son. I filed a claim and it took forever to get my refund just for state farm to say that I'm only allow 3 tows at year and that I had already used them all. It's been a whole mess, I try talking to Josh who is the manager of the office and still nothing worse service! I will not recommend. Also is not he first time this happen to me but I give them a chance because the ladies that I spoken with have been nice, but for him not to even have a curtesy to call me! We pay. all this money for insurance and they can even take care of us! shame on you Josh! looking for another insurance!"
